I hold a post masters certificate in Evaluation Methods for Policy Analysis from the Institute of Fiscal Studies-UK, Certificate  in Tools of Trade Policy Analysis using the SMART and Gravity Models from the UNCTAD-WTO, Certificate in Tax Gap Analysis-at the IMF East Africa. A Masters of Arts in Economic Policy and Planning at the Faculty of Economics and Management, Makerere University Uganda with a bias in agribusiness investment policy. He holds a BSc. Quantitative Economics honors from the Institute of Statistics and Applied Economics at the same University, Certificates in; Computer applications (Makerere University),Post Graduate Certificates in; Data Mining and Archiving (Indian Statistical Institute), Monitoring and Evaluation of Health systems (University of Dar-es-salaam)
