Sylvester Dickson Baguma is a Principal Knowledge Management Officer working for the National Agricultural Research Organisation in Uganda. He is responsible for strategising knowledge management in the organisation, helping the organisation to learn and innovate from knowledge management, guiding and supporting staff in capturing, documenting and sharing knowledge, establishing and supporting communities of practice, developing and implementing knowledge retention strategy, leveraging tacit knowledge for innovation, and developing and implementing appropriate knowledge management systems including expert system. He has a very good experience in monitoring and evaluation and priority setting. He is also a facilitator of conferences and workshops.
