Born on 15th December, 1984 in Rajasthan (Sapotra).He did his B.Sc. Degree in Agriculture Science from College of Agriculture, PDKV,Akola (MS) in 2006 while M.Sc. and Ph.D Degree in Crop Physiology from UAS, Dharwad, Karanatka in 2009 & 2014.
Dr Meena M.K. joined UAS Raichur as an Assistant Professor of Crop Physiology during August ,2011. He is working on Post Harvest and Seed Physiological apstects of diffrent feild crops, in perticularly research interests focus on the post harvest management stduies of seeds, fruits , vegetables and agricultural produce for short term and long term cold stoarge. He is Awardees of ICAR-Junior Research fellowship (JRF) & UGC-Rajiv Gandhi National Fellowship (RGNF) for Post-Graduate studies in Crop Physiology at University of Agricultural Sciences , Dharwad-580005, Karnataka (India) & qualified for ARS, 2012 in Plant Physiology conducted by (ICAR) Agricultural Scientist Recruitment Board, New Delhi-110012.
He is also Life Member & Fellow of “Hind Agri-Horticultural Society” in association with Hind Agricultural Research and Training Institute, U.P., India & International Society of Asia –Pacific Chemical Biological and Environmental Engineering Society (APCBEES) Hongkong. He served as editorial board member of International Journal of Plant Sciences of Hind Agri-Horticultural Society and Journal of Agricultural Sciences of Innovare Academics. He published more than 06 research papers and 10 popular articles, online reviewer for many scientific journals.
