The International Conference on Conservation Agriculture and Sustainable Land Use will be held in Budapest, Hungary, from May 31st to June 2nd 2016, at the Hungarian Academy of Sciences. The aim of the conference is to enable scientists to meet and discuss the results, problems and the possibilities of further development in the field of conservation agriculture.
There is an opportunity for young scientists to apply for a grant which covers the registration fee for the CASLU 2016 Conference. PhD students and postdoctoral fellows who meet the following eligibility criteria are invited to submit their applications:
Applicants should:
· not be older than 35, with exceptions when studies were delayed by maternity leave;
· be registered as a PhD student at an institute of higher learning or be within five years of having completed a PhD thesis;
· submit an abstract to the CASLU 2016 Conference as first author;
· assume the obligation to send an original full paper about his/her presentation to the Conference's special issue in the Hungarian Geographical Bulletin (refereed, Open Access journal) after the conference till the given deadline.

Applications will be considered by the Organising Committee and applicants will be informed about the decision via e-mail before the end of February.
