Sophie Treinen works for the Food and Agriculture of the United Nations and leads the Knowledge Outreach Team in the Office of Partnership, Advocacy and Capacity Development. Experience capitalization, also called systematization, is the process used to learn lessons from good and bad experiences. Good practices are documented when tested and validated.
