The electronic scientific journal CITISE (ЦИТИСЭ - Rus.) is the network reviewed science-analytical edition. The journal publishes scientific materials on the following branches: economic science; philosophy; education; psychology; sociological science. The publishing policy of editor’s staff is aimed to system exposing of science analytical materials, which are the results of the  researches concerning to development of all spheres of national communities of the world civilization. It includes authors’ views of different issues, experience of solving social problems in Russia and abroad.
