An Agricultural Development Planning Expert with decades of experiences in the agriculture and development sectors. Presently, worked in the Livestock Policy and Planning Division of the Federal Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development in Abuja, Nigeria
He had previously worked with the Lagos Polytechnic, Nigeria in Training and Research working majorly on the improvement of livestock management techniques and development of livestock production systems.

Educated in Animal Production Technology and Curriculum Development. He also obtained a Masters Degree from the Department of Agricultural Economics, University of Ibadan, Nigeria. He had also undergone trainings at the International Institute for Management Development (IMD) and Centre for Development Communication, Lausanne, Switzerland sponsored by World Bank and Global Consortium for International Agricultural Research (GCIAR)
