I am K.C.Siva Balan, doing my II year Ph.D  in Agricultural Extension and Rural Sociology at Tamil Nadu Agricultural University, Coimbatore, India , completed Post Graduate Diploma in Journalism and Mass communication (PGDJMC) and Qualified for ICAR NET ( National Eligibility Test for lectureship) . Presently          I am indulging in Mobile based Agro advisory system – first of its kind in PhD level student research.         I have also applied for Copy right for ASSET model of Teaching method. With the ten years of qualitative experience across wide gamut of functions including College level Teaching, Academic activities, Research and Business Executive with Private Concern and Affiliated College, I firmly believe that I have made a significant contribution for the work assigned.
