During her studies  (2003-2006: Bachelor Degree in Language Mediation, 2006-2009: Master Degree in Computer Science for the Humanities Disciplines, 2010-2013: Ph.D in Philosophy of communication: theory and history of languages. Scientific Area M-STO-08: Archiving, Library and Librarianship) and further carrier (2013-2015: research fellow by UOS IIT CNR ) at the University of Calabria, she has been interested and involved in the development of and research in metadata and controlled vocabularies. Since December 2014 she is a member of the COAR IG  "Controlled Vocabularies for Repository Assets". 2012-2013: internship-visiting Ph.D at the Library of the University of Vienna (PHAIDRA Department) with research focused on Digital Object management frameworks (metadata, identifiers, Linked Open Data, Open Access, Trusted Digital Repository, Data Management Plan). Since 2011 she is a Committee member of the editorial board of the OA Journal of the Sciences of Information recorded in documents "Library and Information Science Critique". Since 2006 she has been engaged in translation activities (IT-EN-RU) and in 2009 registered in the Register for Translators, n.4216 at the Law Court of Cosenza (Italy).
