My main area of interest & experience is Agricultural Research for Development. I have a M.Sc. in Agronomy from the University of Copenhagen, been employed as a researcher working with crop protection and am at present owner/director of my own consultancy company. I have experience from all phases of the project cycle and have gained very broad international experience from working for 20 years with international assignments in Denmark, Europe, Africa and China as well as elsewhere, with partners from both public institutions & private companies. I enjoy working with people and have considerable experience from facilitating processes during workshops, conferences and the like using my inter-personal skills, ability to listen, my coaching ability, intercultural understanding and my ability to involve participants in a meaningful & positive way. My mother tongue is English and I can also get by with Portuguese.
