Adetoro John Ayodele was born March 13,1983 in Ibadan, Nigeria. Graduate of Agricultural Extension and Rural Sociology and had a diploma in Data Processing from Olabisi Onabanjo University Ago-iwoye Nigeria. He has over five years of experience working directly with communities focusing on education and empowerment for young people. As the Communications Officer for Community Africa he frequently travels to the rural communities of Western and Eastern Nigeria conducting interviews with the program stakeholders for fundraising purposes. This has enabled him to identify with and analyze the challenges of education and livelihood in the grassroots communities. Adetoro is also the Founder and Chief of Party of Himac Initiative, an NGO that creates opportunities for rural youth for the purpose of empowering them for life of significance and  promotion of agriculture and rural development through training of youth . His ‘Fish 4 ALL’ project is dynamic programs that directly involves empowerment in area of fisheries and to benefit rural communities in Western Nigeria. Having been educated by his aged parents, he is helping the rural boys and girls in his community attain education by connecting them with sponsors and mentors within his locality who educate and nurture their dreams. He is skilled in leadership, technology and communications. A chartered member of Nigerian Institute of Management and International Project Manager Professionals. He has over five years of experience working with communities focusing on education and empowerment for young people. He is also a member of Farm Management Association of Nigeria(FAMAN). A passionate agriculturist and initiator of HIMAC initiative- an agricultural empowerment programme which aims to stimulate youth interest in area of agriculture. He has one unpublished journal and a book respectively tittled “Utilization of Modern Farming Technologies in enhancing Household food-security among woman farmers’ in Ogun-state, Nigeria; and 'African Catfish Manual'- Comprehensive Treatise.
Adetoro J Ayodele has undaunted interest in children and youth empowerment seen them maximizing their potential to fullest. Also, have goals to be a role model and influences several youth across Africa, more importantly in Nigeria where integrity is no longer has value.
