I am working for the farmers .As a programme coordinator my job is to train and educate the farmers about the latest tecnical developments occuring in agriculture and how to use them for farmers.we are engaged in training as well as capacity building for the farmers it includes famers,farm women ,rural youth and school dropouts.our efferts are not one way we again carry back farmers problems to the scientists and bring them with satisfactory soiltions.our job includes on farm testing ,field days ,front line demonstrations,farmers fair,farmers scientists interactions etc.we conduct on farm as well as off farm trainings.capacity development so that rural youth can develop skill for their livelihood is our one of important motto.
