I am a founder member of the Pan African NGOs Consortium on Agricultural Research (PANGOC) an umbrella for all African NGOs involved in agricultural research for development. I am also a founding member of Women in International Trade Negotiations and Environment in Tanzania (WITNE-T), a newly found non- governmental organization which links trade and agriculture, a forum acting as a force of change for women through building and strengthening their capacity, whom agriculture hold their future and are optimistic in increasing crop productivity and sustainable food production. It is also forum - where both voiceless women and men can address their poverty, sufferings and injustice, where they hope to change their life and be helped to recognize and find ways to access their rights to LAND, its use and ownership, food, water, shelter, clothing, education and healthcare.
