I am fully capable to perform various following activities under various IP laws and laws related to Agriculture.
1.(a) Assisting in identifying center specific needs related to proprietary Technology and management of IP(b).Reviewing agreements to ensure that they reflect institute policy (c)Assisting Scientist on queries and clarification related to approved IPR policies. (d)Maintain electronic database of agreements and monitor compliance with all IP related issues. (e)Design & maintain IP office internet and intranet pages. (f)Coordinate legal advice on specific issues with CGIAR CAS-IP staff and ICRISAT consultant and attorneys.(g) Help plan and implement seminars, workshops and training course in IPR and IP management of ICRISAT staff.( performing in ICRISAT)

2.(a)Applications filing of Plant Variety Registration for various crops as Paddy, Sorghum, Bajra,Maize), Sunflower, Cotton, Jute,Tomato, Brinjal, Cauliflower, Bhendi etc. to PPV&FR Authority, New Delhi.
