The Global NARS Consortium (GNC): Who Are We, and What Does GNC Mean? 

The Global National Agricultural Research System Consortium (GNC), led by the GFAiR in collaboration with Regional Fora and international partners, is aimed at amplifying the voices of NARS from the Global South, fostering greater South-South and South-North collaboration, and ensuring NARS' global representation in shaping agricultural policies, research priorities, and resource mobilization. The GNC launch will take place at the CGIAR Science Week in April 2025, and this session will help introduce the initiative and mobilize stakeholders for its success. 
The main objective of the special event is to gather diverse perspectives on key topics and visually capture participant ideas and feedback. The session aims to foster collaboration, promote dialogue, and generate actionable input that aligns with the goals of the GNC initiative.
