The invitation was for anyone with inside information of such a case and wanted to share it. The selected cases were included in a publication, in which the respective proponents were the authors of their chapter.
Steps in this process:
1) Proposal of success stories. The cases were submitted through a an online form. The form was designed to collect contact data of the person who proposes the case, basic information on the project or program in which ICT were used successfully, and the description of ICT use.
2) Selection of cases. An international panel selected the stories to be published.
3) Preparation of final documents, for selected cases.
4) Preparation of the final documents was responsibility of each author (the proponents of the selected success stories).
