Recognizing the need to strengthen agricultural advisory services around the world, GFAR was co-founder, and is a Steering Committee member, of the Global Forum on Rural Advisory Services (GFRAS).

 

With partners, GFRAS has initiated the Global Good Practices Initiative that provides information about extension approaches and methods in easy-to-understand formats. GFRAS is calling for succinct, simple notes on various aspects of extension and know-how about new methodologies for implementation.
