¿ Need to enhance role of ARD in poverty reduction
.......However...major difference..... Europe is also the
largest funder of global ARD, bilateral and
multilateral .... and a major provider of ARD capability through its ARIs, universities etc (similarity with NAFARD)
......BUT, Europe also has own poverty problems, esp.
in eastern European countries
