I involved in generation and promotion of IPM technology through farmer participatory approach among the farmers and also evaluation the impact of these technoloy across the society.Besides, these I also creating awareness and capacity building among farmers and extension workers towards ecofriendly pest management.

Doctoral student working on adaptation strategies to climate change using the Innovation system perspective in soil and water management in SAT India. Previous to the doctoral research worked with ICRISAT on farmers' perception to climate change in SAT India and based on the perceptions their adaptation strategies across socio-economic, technology and institutional dimensions.

Stephen Rudgard is the Chief of Knowledge and Capacity for Development at the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) in Rome. He heads a global team which manages programmes aimed at strengthening capacities of institutions and individuals in developing countries to manage and share information and knowledge, with a major emphasis on e-learning. The team facilitates several global partnerships that provide access to agricultural information, and develops global standards for agricultural information management.
