Agricultural scientist with more that two decades of research and management experience in tropical agriculture in Africa and Europe. Prof. Ajayi has vast industry experience and has published widely on research themes focusing on improving crop productivity through germplasm conservation and enhancements, seed technologies and the impact of climate change on food security. Current research efforts are directed at brining underutilized/neglected species into cultivation.
