I am working as Associate Professor of Genetics. I have designed a new research to improve the potential yield of rice varieties. I have developed a world highest Yielding rice variety. This variety has 600 grains per panicle. These is no report in world for 600 grains per panicle.The variety is environmental friendly because it is stay green rice having continuous photosynthetic activities till the maturity of last grain.

I am a researcher with interests in agricultural technology adoption; technology and innovation; and climate change adaptation. Currently I am the YPARD country representative for South Africa. I am studying towards a doctorate at Tshwane University of Technology .

Dr. M. E. Tusneem, Ex-Director General of ADB, Former Chairman, Pakistan Agricultural Research Council and Member, Planning Commission, is currently Chairman of the National Agricultural Education Accreditation Council, Higher Education Commission, Government of Pakistan. His areas of interest include international /national planning and development of agriculture and rural sectors including water resource management; agriculture education, research and extension; and advisory/consulting services in agriculture policies, institutions, and capacity building.
