Federico is the Head of the Agricultural Information Center in IICA. Coordinator of the Alliance of Agricultural Information Services SIDALC WWW.SIDALC.NET and currently the President of IAALD WWW.IAALD.ORG Has worked in IICA for 16 years as project coordinator, agribusiness specialist and CIO.

Raul Montemayor is the National Manager of the Federation of Free Farmers Cooperatives, Inc. (FFFCI), a nationwide federation of agricultural cooperatives in the Philippines. He is also a member of the National Policy Board of the Federation of Free Farmers (FFF), a national farmers union which is the mother organization of the FFFCI. He is a private sector adviser to the Department on Agriculture on issues such as international trade, agricultural research, development and extension, rural development, agricultural cooperatives, food security and climate change.

Frans Swanepoel is Deputy Director of the African Doctoral Academy at Stellenbosch University, South Africa, Council Member of the Agricultural Research Council (ARC), member of the Academy of Science of South Africa (ASSAf), and former Senior Director Research Development at the University of the Free State.
