Dr. C.Ravindran, an Horticulturist, has multi faceted research experience of over seven years in the field of Fruit science, fruit plant multiplication, collection, conservation and evaluation of underutilized fruit crops and grape downy mildew management. His contribution to the FAO Hortivar data base, Global Horticulture Assessment, Global Consultations on Farmers’ Rights has been noteworthy. He is author/editor/co-editor of 3 books, 5 journals, 10 research articles and 25 popular articles. He is Associate editor in SABRAO, Thailand.
