Dr. McNaughton is currently Director of the Centre of Excellence for IT-enabled Innovation at the Mona School of Business & Management, UWI. His research focus spans a range of emerging Open ICT’s including open source software, open data, mobile and cloud computing. He has a strong passion for higher education and teaches courses in Modeling & Decision Support Systems; Software Engineering/Economics; IT Governance & Strategic Use of ICT.
Mr.Donovan McLaren by profession is a Farm Management and Community Development Training Consultant and the Executive Director the international accredited NGO KCDI Jamaica.
Under his stewardship as Executive Director, Kevoy Community Development Institute (Jamaica) he has made tremendous advancements and most noted is the securing of the United Nation Special Consultative Status.

I am a decision support, geospatial, and outreach specialist. He currently coordinates the research program of the John A. Hannah Chair in Land Policy. He previously served as the Associate Director for Decision Support at the MSU Land Policy Institute. I have developed informatics infrastructure for research and information at several levels from local government to enterprise research data systems.
