I'm Jules Mateo (full name: Julie Christine, which I rarely use), a regional communications specialist for an international nonprofit organization - International Livestock Research Institute (ILRI) - headquartered in Nairobi, Kenya. I work for ILRI's East and Southeast Asia region (regional office in Hanoi, but I'm hosted by IRRI in Los Banos, Philippines) and provide research communications support for the region, as well as the CGIAR Research Programs working here.
