Tezira Lore is a food scientist and agricultural communicator with over eight years of experience in developing and implementing communication strategies for agricultural research programs. She works at the Nairobi headquarters of the International Livestock Research Institute (ILRI) where she provides communication support to the Food Safety and Zoonoses Program towards increased discoverability, uptake and use of research outputs. Her interests include media communication of science and agri-biotechnology applications for Africa.

Francisco López is a journalist, lawyer and political analyst and holds a master’s degree in communication and education. He is currently serving at the Secretariat of the International Treaty on Plant Genetic Resources for Food and Agriculture where he has been coordinating the planning and the production of official documents for the regular sessions of the Governing Body since 2007.
