Esther is an Agricultural Economist with a strong grounding on Monitoring Evaluation and Learning. Currently, she is
working at the International Livestock Research Institute (ILRI). She also has professional training on Gender
and Development. She has worked with both national and international research organisations including the
International Livestock Research Institute (ILRI) in Monitoring evaluation and learning (MEL), Kenya Agricultural and
Livestock Research Organisation (KALRO). She has also worked as a consultant with the world Bank, Land

Robert is a Science Technologist in Biological Sciences by Profession with formal education in Conflict Analysis, Negotiation and Conflict Management.
 
Robert is the Executive Director and Founder of a local NGO Kikandwa Rural Communities Development Organization – KIRUCODO He is co-founder and Director of African Ball & Community Development - ABaCoDe. He is Founder and Director of Communications Without Borders - CwBs and lastly, he is the African Regional representative of World Campus International Inc. Japan
