I have worked in the Knowledge/Information and Communication Technology field for over 15 years and in the process developed vested knowledge and experiences in Knowledge Management and Web Development designing and implementing over 15 websites. I have coordinated and provided technical support for member institutions under the Kenya Agricultural Information Network (KAINet).

System/Web administration/development and information management, focusing mainly on issues related to information management sharing, exchange with much detail on tools and technologies.

Jusipbek Kazbekov has more than 15 years of academic, research and development experience in water management in Central Asian Region. He has developed respectable working relations with relevant ministries, development partners in Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan, including regional organizations. He taught academic courses on Hydraulics, Integrated Water Resources Management (IWRM), Rural Water Supply and Ecology & Environmental Protection.
