Scientific Emeritus Fellow. BSc (Botany); MSc (Plant Pathology); PhD (Mycology); DSc (Applied Mycology). Areas of expertise: Extensive experience in tropical plant pathology, particularly in diseases of cocoa and pine. Also with specialisation in biological control of arthropod pests, invasive weeds and plant diseases using fungal natural enemies; including all aspects of project work - from survey, to systematics, to screening, through to release and implementation.

I am a young Kenyan with interest in agricultural information and communication management. I am a leader, a self taught, a thinker, a go getter, reliable, self initiative, inner driven and ambitious individual who is a team player with good interpersonal, supervisory, collaborative and communication skills, an active sportsman, outgoing and passionate about the youth and the less fortunate in the society; with interest in issues related with food security, environmental management, governance, policy, communication and community development.
