I am Programme Officer for Regional Agricultural Information and Learning Systems (RAILS). My main task include supporting the creation of an African platform for exchange of best practices and success stories, providing assistance in coordinating stakeholder meetings to explore ways to use existing agricultural information within African National Agricultural Research Systems (NARS), and implementing open and distance learning. My responsibilities include building information and communication management communities and networks of information specialists.
