Sylvester Dickson Baguma is a Principal Knowledge Management Officer working for the National Agricultural Research Organisation in Uganda.

He has a background in agribusiness, R&D and research methodology and territorial development. He acquired an expertise in agribusiness and economics of territory through academic qualification and consulting to enterprise associations, food industries, private companies and public administrations.
