Joan Apio is the Communication Officer at the Regional Universities Forum for Capacity Building in Agriculture (RUFORUM) based at Makerere University, Kampala, Uganda. She has a total working experience of 6+years, in the Information & Communication Technology working with universities through Higher Education and Agriculture.

I currently work for the Ministry of Trade and Industry of Ghana as a policy researcher whilst running my private company, Agrasol Company Limited, which is into farming and support of small holder farmers as well as export and import of commodities such as cashew nuts and shea nuts.
