I am an agricultural engineer and agricultural development professional and have most recently worked as a visiting researcher at CIAT where Iconducted a pilot study on gender differences in the adoption of climate-smart agricultural practices. I am  currently based in Sri Lanka working on the empowerment of women producer groups through participatory guarantee system schemes and sustainable agricultural practices.
