Have over 16 years experience in project development and management, and have obtained a PRINCE2 Practitioner Certificate. Have organised many conferences, workshops, training courses, placements and study tours both in China and UK. Have developed partnerships with governmental agencies, research institutions, information centres and publishers in UK and more than 15 countries across the world. Consultancy work in several developing countries in S.E. Asia and China in the field of information and knowledge management. On the board of International Association of Agricultural Information Specialists (IAALD) for 10 years and served as a Vice President for five years (2000-2005). Have also been a visiting Professor at the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences. Through CABI China Programme, I have developed good knowledge of all CABI's business areas and corporate operations.
