Anke Weisheit Innovator and Visionary Scientist Holding a Masters Degree in Agriculture and Natural Resources Management, Anke is the innovator and visionaire for the development of the Institute of Indigenious Knowlegde which is in establishment. Anke’s key qualifications are Agroforestry, domestication and sustainable harvest of medicinal species, formulation & packing improvement, curriculum development & training and advisory services to small enterprises. Among others, she has previously worked as National Project Coordinator for the Mbarara University of Science and Technology and Lake Victoria Research Initiative and as a Project Coordinator for the International Center for Research in Agro Forestry. Among other, she had worked with the Pan African Agribusiness and Agro-industry Consortium. Anke is a Founding Board Member and Board Treasurer of the African Refugee Education for Development (ARED), serving as Uganda Country Coordinator of YPARD
