Am Silverio Mwesigwa, working as a legal counsel to the National Agricultural Research Organisation, a body charged with all aspects of agricultural research and development in Uganda.
I have a degree in law as well as a diploma in legal practise, and have undergone several trainings in the area of intellectual property rights at the national and regional level.
Currently am helping the institution to develop the intellectual property rights policy for the purpose of boosting research due to the fact that the protection of these rights lead to new agricultural technologies being developed.
I have enough experience in leadership as I have worked in multi disciplinary occupations at governmental levels.
Am married with 3 children.
