I'm an Economist with a Master degree in Agricultural Economics, and a Doctoral degree in Economics at the Faculty of Economics of the University of Buenos Aires, Argentina.
I work as Specialist in Agricultural Policies in the Argentina Office of IICA since long time ago, cooperating with Argentine government on agricultural issues. My fields of work are: small holder farmers, cooperatives, institutional innovation. I'm part of the Regional Platform on Institutional Innovations for Development of PROCISUR (Cooperative Program for Agri-food and Agribusiness Technological Development in the Southern Cone). I have written some books and papers on the subject.
