GFAR has a strong connection with the Dryland Systems CRP and is proud of the contribution made by the Global Forum partners YPARD and GAP to the first CGIAR Dryland Systems Youth Strategy that is highlighted in the Annual Report. GFAR also contributes to the Drylands CRP governance and looks forward to further involvement as Harry Palmier, Senior Partnership Adviser at GFAR takes on the role of Chair of the Independent Steering Committee (ISC) of the Dryland Systems.
We congratulate all involved with the Drylands CRP on the achievements noted in the 2014 Annual Report: Pathways to Lasting Impact for Rural Dryland Communities in the Developing World.
