As a follow up to the e-conference on "Innovation systems for food security and nutrition: understanding the capacities needed", which happened from 18 April to 13 May, the Secretariat of the Tropical Agriculture Platform is organizing a half-day symposium to discuss the e-conference findings, and also discuss capacity development for improving human nutrition and health. The event will be attended by FAO permanent representatives from different countries.

The symposium will take place next week, Tuesday 21 June, from 2pm to 5pm (local time), at the Sheik Zayed Center, FAO Headquarters (Rome, Italy).
