Hope 21 project is a non government organization registered in 2006, and incorporated as a company limited by guarantee on 29th October, 2009 at Kampala. Hope 21 has two offices; one in Kampala and another in Mityana district. Hope 21 is committed to empowering the poor and marginalized women, youth and vulnerable children to become self reliant. This is done through four thematic programs namely; Human rights and good governance, Economic empowerment, Sustainable agriculture and environment conservation; Health and HIV/AIDS management.

Licencié en Hydrobiologie de l'Université Officielle de Bukavu (RDC), Master en Aquaculture de l'Université de Liège (Belgique) et PhD student en Amenagement et gestion des ressources aquatiques de l'Université d'Abomey-Calavi (Bénin).
