Kachere Development Programme is a Social development organisation of the Anglican Diocese of Eastern Zambia.
The organisation which operate as an autonomous department implements an integrated model of health and development among rural communities with much emphasis on sustainable livelihood through agriculture and environment management.

Kachere promote growing of value chains and market linkages as a way of empowering local communities to be economically viable.

Science Research Specialist II working as the former Director of Research and Extension and is now the Head of the Extension Unit of Southern Leyte State University in Sogod campus, Sogod, Southern Leyte.
Basic Education is Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Agriculture major in Soil Science with another Masters degree in Management. Work as as researcher and at the same time teacher, teaching Management, Social Sciences and Basic Research both for the Graduate and Undergraduate courses.
