A full time doctoral student working on 'Evaluation of mobile services impact on rural areas' specific to Indian rural areas. It is a study under ICT4D and in specific to M4D area. Looking at rural person as a consumer of mobile services the impact outcomes are going to be studied. I am a national trainer for 'Evaluation of Trainings' for government of India.

He finished his studies at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology with a Master’s Degree of Science in Civil Engineering, followed by a post-graduate diploma on Structural and Spatial Planning. After significant private sector experience, he started working with the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation for an assignment at the cooperation office in Kathmandu/Nepal.
