Sandy Williams regularly advises governments, businesses, NGOs and research organisations around the world on how to best communicate their most important messages and manage programme knowledge. She has worked on communications strategies and plans for projects such as Coalitions for Change (C4C) in Nigeria, and for organizations like DFID and the Global Donor Platform for Rural Development. She is skilled at identifying relevant audience segments, and repackaging information in appropriate language and formats, to maximize impact and make best use of resources.

Jim Weale has designed communications and knowledge management strategies for multi-million dollar poverty reduction programmes targeting Asia and Africa, and trained and run corporate and government communications teams. He is also a skilled communications trainer and writer and has produced many key documents for international development organisations, as well as devising and delivering communications training courses and facilitating ‘writeshops’ and workshops for international organizations around the world.
