Judith Ann Francis isSenior Programme Coordinator Science and Technology Policy, CTA. For the past nine years, Judith has focused on strengthening north-south and south-south collaboration on science, technology and Innovation for agricultural and rural development in the 79 member countries of Africa, Caribbean and the Pacific. Prior to this Judith worked with the Inter-American Insitute on Cooperation in Agriculture (IICA) managing a 15 country project in support of research, innovation and tropical fruit industry expansion in the Caribbean.
