The GFAR Document Repository is an Information system and a digital archive which was
launched in October 2006 to organize, disseminate, and preserve all the documentation
available in GFAR. The system was implemented using a customized version of the EIMS
(Electronic Information Management System) software developed by the Library and
Documentation Systems Division of FAO.
