Charlie Martial Ngounou is a technology expert from Cameroon, with a Master in Management Science and several certifications in Open data, public finance, local governance, decentralisation.

I am also the representative in Cameroon for the international association of French speaking mayors (www.aimf.asso.fr). For AIMF, I manage a project geared towards building capacity in budget transparency and accountability in local governments in Cameroon.

Emmanuel Ngore is a Programme Officer at United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP). Emmanuel has worked with the youth for 6 years on subject matters pertaining to conservation of natural resources, policymaking, and diseases prevention. This has spanned the Non-Governmental sector (Kenya Red Cross – Society Nyando Branch) where he worked closely with youth to disseminate proper health and sanitation programmes including HIV/AIDS. Since 2011, Emmanuel has been the secretary of the Sustainable Africa Youth Foundation (SAYF), which promotes environmental awareness among youth.
