Sapna,who is currently working as Associate Professor in Deptt. of Policy Studies, TERI University, India, is an active researcher in the field of ICT for development and has been working with rural and agricultural communities at the grass root level since last fifteen years. Through her work with a number of research projects in India funded by national and international organisations, she focuses at need-service gap analysis and impact assessment of these models by following a farmer-centric, region-specific and commodity-specific approach.
