I hold a Master of Science (Environmental Science) from an Indian Council of Agriculture Research (ICAR) University, India and a Ph.D. (Environmental Science) working with Indian Institute of Remote Sensing (IIRS). Besides, I hold a post graduate certificate in “rights based approach” for equitable development {International Humanitarian Law} from National Academy of Legal Studies and Research (NALSAR) University of Law, Hyderabad, India.

I currently serve as Country Representative and National Coordinator Southern Caucasus Countries of the Coalition for Sustained Excellence in Food and Health Protection, GCSE-Food and Health Protection Country Representative. My research interests include quantitative microbial risk assessment and food microbiology including GMO Analyze and Detection, Biodiversity Conservation (Genes Bank). I have been Leading Specialist of the Agrarian Issues Committee at the Parliament of Georgia from 1996 to 2000.

Worked on Agricultural information management for Doctoral programme. Operated many national and international funded projects related Agricultural and Rural development, Sustainability, Natural resource management, Livelihood etc. Guided over 20 students for their Master degree and Doctoral research. Published more than 50 research papers. Regularly offering Research methodology in behavioural sciences, Management and organisational behaviour, Agriculture Extension perspectives etc
