Working at FAO for over 20 years in Rome, Santiago (Chile), Rome and now Nairobi (Kenya). Studied History and Languages and lots of other stuff. Started professional life as journalist - reporter, editor, translator. Moved up to management responsibilities. Self-taught on digital technologies in the 80's and 90's. Migrated to IT career path. Now focused on the cross-over areas between Information Technology, Communications, Information Management and Knowledge work. Deep interest in Content Management systems.
