I am K.C.Siva Balan, doing my II year Ph.D  in Agricultural Extension and Rural Sociology at Tamil Nadu Agricultural University, Coimbatore, India , completed Post Graduate Diploma in Journalism and Mass communication (PGDJMC) and Qualified for ICAR NET ( National Eligibility Test for lectureship) . Presently          I am indulging in Mobile based Agro advisory system – first of its kind in PhD level student research.         I have also applied for Copy right for ASSET model of Teaching method.
