Damola Morenikeji is considered one of Africa’s youngest author, youth intellectual and leadership development advocate, and a desired speaker on the theme of leadership, personal development and intentional living. He is passionate about enhancing a global community where individual strengths and core values will be effectively enhanced towards ensuring quality leadership and development / transformation of the African continent and the world at large.
He is the founding Team Leader of All for Development Foundation (ADM Foundation), an organisation focused on building young people and fostering educational, youth and leadership development. Founded in 2009, as the Network for Talent Discovery (NETAD), the organisation have since inception been creating platforms for, and engaging young people in promoting intellectual, educational development, youth leadership and qualitative governance. A few of our initiatives include ‘Studership’ – an annual youth leadership academy for engaging, connecting and equipping emerging leaders for sustainable change, promoting integrity and value-based leadership -, Youth Stakeholders Forum, the NETAD Young and Emerging Leaders Summit, NETAD National Youth Forum, Spelling Giant Competition, Undergraduate Academic Seminars, YouthSpeak Development, among others. The Studership youth leadership academy has since inception enrolled over 100 young change makers from 36 countries of the world.
He studies Plant Physiology and Crop Production at the Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta, Nigeria.
